Refund Policy

Grumpy Paratrooper accepts returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Stickers and patches are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand products are made to order and are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements for print-on-demand items are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
